Rates for repairs and RMA
- Repairs out of warranty: € 50,- research cost (per product) + repairccost if applicable (minimum € 150,-).
- Restockings fee: € 25,- per request.
- Credit note (min restockings fee) only applicable if the product is in new condition in original and undamaged packaging.
